30-day returns, no questions asked
Not right? Send it back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
How to return
- Email hello@mountainface.shop with your order number and the item(s) you are returning.
- We send you the return address and a returns label within one business day.
- Drop the parcel at any post office. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us, to the original payment method.
