You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, unworn with tags, for a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show it.
Return shipping is free within the UK. Items returned worn, washed or without tags may be refused. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
